Pray to God and ask for new revelations, new ideas, new desires, new thought processes. Ask to be opened up to hear ALL that you can receive. Simply ask for God to talk to you in new and different ways; PREPARE to be open to receive those new words, new signs, and new ways of doing things.  Write down all that begins to come to mind.

Fasting

Abstain from something that often consumes you (ie Food, TV, even Social Media). We at RIVERS will be fasting for 8 days! Feel free to join us OR fast however God leads you. IF this is your first time fasting or you’re unfamiliar with fasting, its okay! You’re not alone! We are here to walk you through it.

Trust The Process
 
Don’t begin this Revival as a cynic. TRY to Be Optimistic and look forward to some positive changes in your Life. Have an Expectation of Growth within yourself. Remember, you cannot control others but you can surround your own mind and heart with goodness. Keep a GLADNESS Expectation, a JOY Expectation and know that Every awakening was accomplished by Gratefulness and Joy.
